Thank you for awesome ROM was recommended to try your roms from NikzDHD from xda. I am using the latest Siyah and so far so good.  Any themes available for your rom running KJ3 version?

Sorry, no themes. I am terrible at making themes - I am just a programmer, not an artist.

EDIT: I am now using Oxygen ROM v2.3.2 (Build 2.3.7) with ADWLauncher EX and the Blue Theme, with
Siyah Kernel v2.2.b9.  No OC/UV

ROM is blazingly fast: over 5000 on Quadrant and over 6100 on AnTuTu benchmarks. Very smooth.

I've been traveling around for some time, so I've been quite disconnected from this, and I was wondering, are you planning to do an ICS ROM? I've heard the official one will come in two weeks time!!

ICS? Probably, but I am sure the code for the framework-res & systemui apks will be different, so I will have to review the code to see what changes I can make.

It will be a wipe version.
Use titanium backup to backup/restore your files. Very easy to use. It's free on the market and my ROMs come with it already installed.

There is a known problem with KK5 that prevents it from connecting to enterprise (EAP\EAS) networks. There is a replacement wpa_supplicant file in this post on XDA that fixes the issue in most cases.

KL1 is out, according to Chainfire there's some kernel oddness with it though. Apparently needs to use the KK5 rootkernel at this stage.

Been busy with school. Just saw the new ROM. Am downloading it now.

Edit: [email protected] says the following: "Market time outs, browser timeout, GPS accuracy is off and I had a black screen with a hardlock for 1 minute just now which made up my mind." He is going back to KK5.


I probably will not release a ROM based on this version.


I will play with it and see how it goes before deciding.

That's something you can expect from a development  rom. However, I'm still rocking your kj3 now. Without you, I don't even know which rom I'm gonna use happy holidays.

Am just now flashing a customized version...will see how it goes for the rest of today.  If it goes well, I will post it tomorrow.
