Hello , pretty new the forums.

I just recieved a fairly new lg optimus black from ebay and everything is fine apart from the earpiece not working.

People can hear me on phone calls but I cant hear them, I rang my voicemail and I cant hear that either.

Any advice?

Or shall I just ask for a refund
