Samsung Distribution is stating that units are currently being  ‘flashed’ to fix any issues – deliveries should commence in the week  commencing 28th November.


Please note this is information from Samsung  Distribution and not Samsung directly

I wonder when the software update for the current owners will be released? I hear its a simple fix and its getting annoying this issue :P Especially when I'm near my Dad with his SGSII and the phone would just go on Silent.
