Just received one of the second ones (properly shaped for SFII screen), but completely failed to apply it properly and ended up with loads of tiny bubbles under it.  Its only a two stage application, not a three stage one.  I tried to re-apply it a few times, then gave up and threw it in the bin.

The first sort are much easier to apply and are a tiny bit thicker too for added protection.  They only cover the actual screen bit of the phone but are much better than the second sort IMHO.

I had ordered from this seller.. But its been approx 3 weeks, i did not receive the screen guards..

These look exactly the same as the ones available on Amazon

There were very difficult to apply and I ended up throwing it in the bin.

I had a few left off my HTC Desire. They're spot on width wise and the height goes from the bottom of the front camera to just above the home etc buttons. Could be an easy fix for anyone who's stuck.
