Hi all,

Preemptively updated for Android 4.0.3 see the xda thread here. Note version 4.0 is not compatible with MCR until MCR moves to 4.0.3!

With Paul's awesome UI patches here I found the search bar on the stock launcher redundant and space consuming. So I went and modded the stock launcher to remove the search bar in portrait and add an extra row on the grid. I have not changed the landscape view and quite like the result.

Version 3 released with narrow left/right margins.

Brilliant, just what I was looking for, I much prefer the three desktop set-up too as I really don't use the desktop much as I prefer a clean look!

Good to hear, and yeah, I actually only use 1 screen in portrait and 2 in landscape... minimalist.

First post updated with version 3.

This version reduces the left and right margins on the home screen by 50% to provide a more even look.

Hi all,

This mod has been updated to version 4.0 over on XDA here.

Version 4.0 is for Android 4.0.3 so is not compatible with MCR as of Ir8 (please bake it in using the kitchen or download version 3.0 of the mod).

Version 4.0 includes support for 7 screens and transparent folder backgrounds.
