Guest reganlives
I'm thinking of getting a ZTE phone and have been swaying towards the Skate but have just discovered the new Crescent has been released. I'd never even heard about the Crescent but now I'm not sure which one to go for. Which is the better phone on a whole and what does everyone recommend? Guest
The cresent is basically a skate in a smaller frame. So its easy to decide, smaller screen or bigger screen, thats all :)

Guest TouchyAndalou
Skate. The specs for both devices are very similar, but the Skate has a better, bigger screen. Not 100% sure, but the Crescent may have a front facing camera, if that's important to you.

Guest
Take a look here : compare Skate and Crescent . Looking at that link,it is clear how they are the same hardware, zte so lazy  But I say the skate is better, simply because the screen is awesome. Guest Wacky.ddw
I dont think its accurate. Its like they just copy pasted the specs from the ZTE skate :D I think it has a 1MP front camera. Wich is rubish :P And you probably never use. So if i where you i would buy the skate! Guest Atomix86
I'd say the Skate purely for his gorgeous screen!
Guest v1pEr
I'm trying to understand how the original poster expected an unbiased opinion on a skate forum. Unless he also asked the same question on a crescent forum and is just comparing the amount of replies :)
Guest admanirv
I own a tmobile vivacity, it's a San Francisco but with different shell and touch capacitive buttons at the bottom as opposed to push buttons. I have used both phones, the hardware is the same minus touch buttons, a bigger screen plus front facing camera. The front facing camera is not that bad as much as bandwidth allows. The omc has a nice big screen but It isn't as sharp as it's stetched, however the support for the omc is far better than the tmv, it's almost none existent. Depends if you think the omc is worth £20 more.
Guest
ICS in progress, 4.3inch screen, Overclock to 1Ghz, Great growing community, Several excellent roms available..... If I had to do it all over again,I would pay the extra 20 without a doubt. The only problem is that when you upgrade to the 4inch+ screen size, you wont ever want to go back.I look at my blade and wonder how I ever used such a tiny screen. The difference is that much. Guest arnoldziq
Also, the battery live (sic!) seams to be better for Skate .
