As we reported earlier, an early version of Ice Cream Sandwich for the Galaxy S II had escaped the clutches of Samsung and was starring in a 4-minute video on YouTube.
SamMobile is advising warranty-conscious users not to flash it as it's a custom image and has a plethora of issues that will prevent its use as a daily driver.
That said, they've gone ahead and released the ROM for download, if you're not worried about incrementing your Custom ROM counter or the risk of force closes and random reboots you can find it here.
