The suite consists of 11 topics that are broken down into a total of 34 lessons. The topics have been put together by the Android team to help developers solve common Android development problems. They range from 'Optimizing Battery Life' to 'Monetizing Your Application'. Reto Meier, Android Developer Relations Tech Lead said:We’re starting small and this is just the beginning for Android Training. Over the coming months we will be increasing the number of classes available, as well as introducing over-arching courses and sample apps to further help your development experience. It looks like there is a lot of useful stuff on the training site particularly with ICS being released and developers needing to support multiple APKs and additional screen densities and resolutions. With the amount of apps on the Market ever increasing the quality of the app is of great importance to developers seeking to have their apps standout from the crowd.
