My girlfriend had a Galaxy Ace and it was horrendous, the Wildfire S is slightly better but has an even smaller (3.2") screen, not to mention both the Ace and Wildfire S run at 320x480 resolution. That is 3 times more than the stock roms. My best quadrant score was 1200 at best. Cm7 also. But you have to consider the bigger screen ofcourse. Guest Posted December 26, 2011 Report Share Posted December 26, 2011 (edited) I am sat next to my bro right now who has the wildfire s and there is no comparison to my skate.And as for the ace it would be good if not for the poor screen res. It really depends on what you need, if big screen is a big plus for you, then look no further. Is the Skate/Monte Carlo the best out of all these phones?
