Help with a ZTE MyTab boot looping

Can anyone give me some advice on how to repair my Optus Mytab that will not start . The device was working then one day it just started a continous loop at the Cyanogen start up logo. The only way to turn off the device seams to be removing the battery. I have tried to reload the software update from Optus and now I get the Optus logo looping at start up and still have to remove the battery to get out of this loop
