Samsung's recent update on the android series of mobile phones and exceptionally not for the Galaxy and the Tablet series users is a mark of how it is concerned about the market updates and the existing users. The users are not getting any updates despite being a premium handset user of Samsung.
This has also impacted the resale value of the note and tab series handsets from Samsung.
when there are no updates and also which can never be updated then what could be the resale value of it.
Samsung is showing good commercials about its phones but why is it not saying about the total  features of the hardware too.
This is the most smart way of cheating to the customers.
When i purchased the Galaxy S the price was too high almost close to the iphone 4 and ipad 1 launched that time.
To compete with them, it released the s series devices and now what ?

Very much disgusting, i have also come across user reviews for this update.
