no, flashing does not unlock your phone, you need to get an unlock code if you want to unlock it

Phone : Acer Liquid A1
BIN : 4.002.14.EMEA.GEN1
ROM : LiquidNext (Mix) , with my own additions (Xperia Launcher and ICS Theme)
