It's final. I am too busy with maintaining my cm7 based roms. Skatie is special because it's close to stock. I'd like it to stay this way. Mainly because of stability.

I understand. There are still some minor bugs but the rom is perfect, much better than others, I tried them all, but the battery on this rom last for three and a half days of intensive use, for me it is perfect.

Great Which kernel do you use? Does the kernel makes the battery life different?

Also it seems when I turn on WIFI and for example when I start to download a torrent file if I lock the phone the WIFI is stopping or the download speed when the phone is locked is pretty slow than the speed when the phone is not locked and in operational mode. Any clue why ?

Something is stopping your download while the phone is asleep. Have you installed anything like Juice Defender?

I have installed advanced task killer....

I also am unable to play avi files (havent try with other formats) ..I have BS player and MX Player....any clue ?

It depends on the resolution of your avi files. 480p is maximum.
