u8150 people are also suffering from green screen. It's a bug in current CM source tree.

u8150 guys has turned off animation on screen rotation in system properties. Those who have green screen - try this:

persist.sys.rotationanimation=false

EDIT:
The same from terminal might also work:

setprop persist.sys.rotationanimation false

Yesterday I installed the 20120130 build and the 20120131 boot image I get about five green screen, with two complete freeze in an hour.
After I disabled all animation, green screen bug disappeared.
So I think the above solution should be work.

ok it works...i replace all the libomx* from cm7.2 by liboxm* from rom_u8150-FR.02...and it is working fine...with original player...audio and video are running in the same time...  thx a lot


before we couldn²t see videos on youtube...only sound was working.....but with the libomx* change  it is possible to wacth video on youtube....    so great....thx again; my son will be really happy....

good it started working for you.

I think you were unable to watch youtube videos only in HQ quality, which is for some reason set as default. But if downgrade to standard quality, they were watch-able.
Anyway, looks not a problem anymore.

I am currently using the ROM SpicagenMod beta5.7 based CyanogenMod 6.1.1 with kernel version 2.6.29.6 on my Spica GT i5700.
Now I want to change with latest Rom CyanogenMod 7.2 with kernel 2.6.32.
Anybody can help me step by step how to do it?

You need ClockworkMod recovery to install this rom. AmonRa doesn't work.
You can install it easily via RomManager.

try to replace them from dtox125' cm7.1 build and see if it helps you...

I definitely never had that green screen issue with that build.

Or maybe from my cm7.2 (kernel .29) version, posted e.g. here. Sources were synced in dec 2011 I think. Maybe this one is also "old enough" to not have green screen...

Edit: The file to replace/edit is /system/usr/keylayout/qwerty.kl
Here is my version of it. I think I've got things working with this. This is not an installable zip.
Note: I was unsuccessful in just installing that one file. After a reboot, none of my hard buttons worked. I rebooted into recovery and wiped cache/Dalvikcache. Still nothing worked. I gave up and rebuilt the rom with that file and reinstalled the rom. That worked. YMMV.

i have done it on cm72-kernel-2632-camera works...so it is working; can take picture from button...

Bensze! If I see it well you are using AmonRa recovery! This Rom can be installed just from ClockworkMod Recovery. Flash that first. Than try to install the ROM.
