after flash oficial rom i heve problem with MAC adress of my Wi-Fi and BT. they are not connected. many instruction for change mac but all need ROOT device. any idea how can i do ROOT of this device or how can change MAc adress without it?

Try to turn on wifi and bt, then go to settings >> about  >> status and see if wifi and bt mac address are unavailable. If they are, then you might need to do this:

or this:

I know it is for other ZTE type, but alot of them are similar. I know for a fact that the first one can be use to fix zte V9+ mac address.
