HI there

I have just lost my SF and seen the Vivacity for 89 quid. The only thing that bothers me is battery life.

I was wondering - given that the performance of the SF was always fine for my needs, can I underclock the Vivacity to 600 and will it save battery life? Or will this make no difference to the things which seem to really use up battery like wifi and talking.

I use SetCPU, this lets you underlock to anything you want, down to 122MHz. I have it set to idle between 122MHz and 255MHz when the display is off. I've got the San Fran II but it's the same phone.


...but yes, you can underclock to anything you want.
