Guest plegdroid
have a look on the repository list and see if the zte blade is listed, could try that, most custom roms for our phone are blade port's so may work, as always make a cwm backup incase it screws your phone up, I've never tried as I don't use vpn :), welcome by the way. Guest equiliym
hmm, in older version of cm7 roms for racer we had a kernel named folder in modules with modules meaning you should try putting it in /system/lib/modules/2.6.32.9-perf/tun.ko, thats where all my modules are.. there is also some modules in /2.6.35.11-perf or /2.6.35.11-perf+ but we are not using that kernel since vamshi is still doing dev in it so try the first one.. Guest equiliym
ok.. let me try putting in that folder.. & 'll let u know .. Thank you equiliym.. nw m in college.. :P. 'll let u knw at night.. good morning.. do tell if it works, i think i have few tun.ko versions so if it doesnt, ill check and upload some other file :) edit: ok i just searched my mooncake files, here are all 2.6.32.9-perf related modules i have, im not sure which ones work with what etc since they are from various 2.3.x builds.. you will find a 2.6.32.9-perf folder with some modules, copy that folder into /system/lib/modules/ folder and try then.. if its not working, you still have files outside in zip like 2-filename.ext 3-filename.ext etc, just rename and replace in /system/lib/modules/2.6.32.9-perf/ and try again until you find a matching one that works :o and when you find please do tell which one you used so i can include in my next build :Dmodules.zip Edited February 7, 2012 by equiliym

Guest equiliym
why don't u guys port such ROM which already has those modules for openvpn ... :D it will b good na.. its not really a question of porting a rom with modules, its a question of which module works to begin with :o and almost no one is using modules to report issues if there are any
