Just install one of the custom roms (vegacomb, corvus or modaco r8) as they all have the market included.
Though only the modaco r8 rom (see sticky thread on the modaco custom rom )seems to have been uploaded to somewhere other than multiupload which seems to have been taken out along with megaupload.

Search in the thread honeyice, a few ppl are hosting all the rom updates there until a solution for the megaupload problems is solved.
