I have an bug with toggles i tryed to see what is the toggle style and now they don't show anymore

Any spezial things needed For this ROM? Like a recommend Radio /baseband? Or just install and enjoy?

Im getting reboot at Start. So i guess i have to flash a ics firnware Before? Im on gb stock. If yes,which i should flash?

Is there a way to keep the quick setting toggles like cm9 or tripndroid 104. Prefer those to the new way.
