What happens if I flash a Modaco Custom Rom over the AtomicMod? Do I loose all my apps or settings?

The smartshare app (dlna connectivity) does not work for me. Any option to solve it?

I have tried all stock-based ROMs from XDA (I somehow don't like CM) before I found this one. After a couple of days, I am quite impressed with it. I understand not much is going on now with GB ROM updates, as people are waiting for either CM10 to stabilize, or for LG to release the ICS update (yeah, right...). But a good stable GB ROM is still a daily driver for many people, myself included. Thanks, tillaz!
