Guest Klick Posted February 29, 2012 Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 I have Gingernounay 3.0.1 + Technolover Kernel 1.2a. When I try to update the Google Search on the market, I get an error like "packet not signed correctly". So I removed the Google Search with Titanium Backup, rebooted and installed Google Search new from the market. Problem is now that the Search button doesn't work any more! When I tap once, nothing happens, when I tap twice, Voice Search starts. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What I did is, copy apk to a safe location, uninstall (to clean up the system), move apk to /system/app, install from there, reboot.
