The Currys / PC World eBay outlet is currently selling off the Advent Vega for a great price of £117.97. They come with a 6 month warranty. Yes, the Vega is quite old in this gadget world but with the modding scene surrounding the device very active, its a great device to get your hands on. ICS builds are already out there so it's not a lot of money for plenty of promise.

The Vega has a 10.1 inch 1024x600 display, 512MB RAM and a 1GHz Tegra 2 cpu.

Buy it on ebay then head over to the Advent Vega Forum.

UPDATE: Currys/PCWorld have now upped the price to nigh on £130. Strange, but I guess they saw the popularity and decided to make a few quid more.

It's a shame that isn't the price you can now get the Vega for... costs 130£ which isn't a bad price, it's a shame also that it's only 6 months warranty....

Probably saw this and thought 'hey, people have seen our offer, we'll put 12 pound on the price and see if they still buy it' cheeky that is might have bought one at the price above...:@

Interesting that they have put the price up think razzmataz1478 might be right - the MoDaCo effect ;-)
