Has anybody turned cpu1 off on the nexus and then done a battery pull, consequenting in a bootloop??

I have factory restored the phone and it has worked but lost alot of data thanks to my backups being at midday
i have a complete backup of the data partition but if i restore that back it just bootloops again??

is there a settings file i can ADB pull and edit so that cpu1 turns itself back on?

I now no longer have a /data which is accessible...
time to sleep and sort tomorrow!!
