Guest Victor von Zeppelin Posted March 30, 2012 Report Share Posted March 30, 2012 Sony has released a Beta build of ICS for the Xperia Play – the 'PlayStation Phone' for those who don’t remember it. Sony has previously released similar builds for the Xperia arc S, neo V and Ray, but it seems this build is now nearing readiness, although XDA have found a few complaints of things not working, which is to be expected. Sony is really pitching this as a Beta test and has a list of things it wants to know about games in particular. They ask users to report back to their blog, XDA or a survey regarding topics such as: Game title:What was your general impression?Did the buttons work properly?Did the touch pads work properly?Did you experience any lagging?Any other feedback? I think it’s really great that Sony are releasing Beta ROMs to the community – it lets users give their own feedback on development, as well as stymying complaints that Sony aren’t getting done quick enough.
