help needed unlocking orange san francisco 2

Hi,

stuck unlocking my orange sanfrancisco 2

I'm at the download required files stage,step 11
When I tap ok at the point "turn on usb storage" my phone says usb storage in use

Can someone help please?

You'll need to say what guide you are following so people know where in the process you have got to. Try looking in the San Francisco II section, you might find some more information there.
