Guest stiefanu Posted April 14, 2012 Report Share Posted April 14, 2012 (edited) You could ask him to recorder a video (in which he puts the simcard in the phone and switch it on), telling him that you would probably fix the error thanks to the video..In this way you are sure that he's not telling lies and we could do something with the video..This is my advice And ask him to give you some other infos..
