Unless you are very good with a soldering iron and have a high powered magnifying glass or microscope you will find it hard to repair it yourself.
Soldering mini USB is hard enough, micro USB will be virtually impossible.
As it is a specialist item you will need to find a retailer like RS that deals on the component level.

You can check out that USB port for repairing and make it more useful once again. Just try out this one once then and then go for the buying new one from the best dealer of Samsung mobile nearer to your area.
