I'm running ICS (stock UK T-mobilie)

my phone is rooted, ROM Manager is installed and I have flashed the latest version of CWM using Rom Manager.

When I press volup+home+power the phone will boot into the stock recovery mode, not CWM.
If I'm in Rom Manager and press 'boot into CWM' it will load CWM and not the stock recovery program.

What's going on, is CWM not properly installed or something, should I try an ODIN flash?

you need to flash CF-root kernel by odin to get CWM not the other way around, take a look http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1103399
