The downloads, which cover all markets where the update has shipped, enable custom development for the device at the lowest level and are particularly useful for ROMs that are not based on the original release (such as CyanogenMod). The kernel sources are a 190MB download from Samsung's Open Source site. Are you planning to cook up something real nice with the new release? Come and share in our Galaxy Note forum.
