Win7 and Ubuntu do not recognize my MT :(

Hello, I have just received my MT back from Acer.
They repaired it and updated to 2.3.6, but when I connect it to the USB it does not work - either on windows 7 or ubuntu.
I tried installing - on win7 - the usb drivers but it did not work.
what can I do?
