sorry, the debranded rom here
http://blog.podtwo.c...ngerbread].html
is v882 based, so presumably has bugs that were fixed in official updates since?

is there any newer based version around or plans for anyone to release one soon?
I can use RootUninstaller but wanted to get rid of Huawei boot logo too and maybe save some time etc.

edit: i'm aware of Kiri rom but seems too messed about with, just wanted something stock/clean 2.3.x (ideally CM7, if/when that comes.!)

ok you're talking about CM7/9 that's nice for the future, but for now is there any simple gingerbread ROM for this phone? i mean stock Android boot and apps etc.. or is the PaulOBrien one above the closest we have.. if so i'll take that and then go from there. thanks.
