I just discovered a fault with my phone, the fault is at the bottom of the screen on the right side, the screen clicks when you press it and on the other side its perfectly fine. I want to return it to vodafone, but I have finally customised it to my liking. I am running the 8888 firmware how would I backup my phone, and so I can restore the backup it later on, I am not rooted, and how would I restore my phone to the orignal vodafone firmware?

Tighten the black screws under the rear cover. Some have done this and its meant to help quite a bit.

Leave the screw with the white security sticker

Yeah your right mate it worked, I can still push it down but you cant hear it as much.
