Install clockworkmodGUI recovery: http://ceco.sk.eu.org/omc/OMC_OSK_P743TV1.0.0B04-clockworkmod.zip

It's a recovery where you can use touchscreen to navigate in recovery menu - so no need for volume keys.

You can then install any rom you want. If you have problems with your phone not being detected via USB then it's probably a driver issue.

Here is my guide on how to install clockworkmodGUI including proper driver setup. Although it's google translated I think it could help.

the problem is: when i turn on my zte, only show the green logo. its not on adb or bootloader, so its not connected. i have all the drivers installed, and i can't install recoveryGUI. :S

I think its only solved with new zte volume keys flex.
