Guest devildarklink Posted July 16, 2012 Report Share Posted July 16, 2012 (edited) Hi there, first of all thanks for this forum, it helps alot of people, its nice to be here ;) A few days ago I updated my phone to the stock rom b894, but just used the update.app from part 1 . I did not installed part 2 , because I though the language inside of portuguese, was Portuguese-Brazillian, not Portuguese-Portugal . Now I know that there is PT-PT on part 2, and I would also get the notification toggles :) But now I already have some data on my phone, like music and photos, and notes on notepad... Unless the update process clears data in the end, independantly of which rom or part ur installing. Just don't know for sure. Anyway, u can always and if u have CWM, backup ur data and try it. Not sure but i bet there's an option to backup only the personal data. Even if there isn't, u can backup ur entire rom and then go to the backup files and u'll find the data files there. How to restore just the data, another thing im not sure cause i haven't done it. Some1 with more CWM experience can answer it better then me.
