Link2SD + CM 7.2 = lose apps after every reboot!

Hello :D !!

I am running Link2SD on Cyanogenmod 7.2 (liquid E).

I linked 100 apps, but whenever i reboot, i lose some of them, and have to restore them via titanium backup.

what am i doing wrong?
I haven't changed any settings in Link2SD (enbaled autoLink only)

please help me !! :)
