Here's a 3600mAh one: http://bestbattery.b...15 3.7V 3600mAh
This one isn't long life, but has an NFC chip: http://www.ebay.co.u...8300#vi-content

I would say that one U8815 NFC is not with NFC chip, but for model U8815 with NFC (even if those devices would be the same).

The NFC chip is actually in the battery. There is no U8815 with NFC, only the U8818
Also, there are NFC options in B927 :3
So yes, the microchip is in the battery.
Paying for things with Paypal using NFC. Would be awesome.
That 3600mAh is a monster though.

Is NFC a good thing to have? Sorry, but don't really know what it does.
I like the sound of the "monster" battery but surely it must be thicker than the normal one?
EDIT: Ahh, I see the "monster" comes with a replacement back. Anyone bought it?

Just one Q to NFC battery - the ebay seller states that it's 1350 or 1500 mAh battery - is it possible to select the one with 1500 mAh? I am very interested in having NFC in my phone.

those big battery's @ 3600mAh etc are mostly all fake.. and actually only 1500mAh
there was a load of people ripped off with them on the o2x forums...
the best thing to do is buy stock battery replacement and carry that with you..
the NFC chip can be put anywhere lol, on the nexus 7 its in the plastic back cover (even stranger place )

So in theory then the Chinese version with NFC could have the same phone hardware as the EU/UK ones...just with a different battery...?

<CheckBoxPreference android:persistent="false" android:title="@string/nfc_quick_toggle_title" android:key="toggle_nfc" android:summary="@string/nfc_quick_toggle_summary" /> <PreferenceScreen android:title="@string/android_beam_settings_title" android:key="android_beam_settings" android:fragment="com.android.settings.nfc.AndroidBeam" />

that was in B888 (atomicmod)
not sure where it was i seen it though, might of been the build.prop
if you search the build.prop for nfc you will find it, just change it to true

Could you please post what battery with NFC have you bought? I just asked seller of this battery http://www.ebay.co.u...-/370602238300# and I've been told that this battery has 1500 mAh and he doesn't know, if it has NFC chip builtin.
Just want to be sure before I buy it.
