I'm no expert but 138 mb data partition is surely your problem. Have you read the OP? Have you seen the size of the rom?

You're gonna need around 210 for a full install and around 200 without extras, the rom doesn't take up all of that but even with the trimmed gapps that is what it'll take.
A helpful advice that i'm getting tired of giving is "read the thread before asking". I get it when people don't want to read 235 pages but for petes sake, this thread is only 4 pages long.

CWM-6.0.1.5 Touch Testing

Multiboot via loop, no partitioning needed

New release today.
I synced with the latest ICS CM repos, trimmed down the size and added OTA Updater support. You can now update this rom like with the goo.im app.

The OTA updater doesn't seem to work properly, all i get is "invalid ROM (pa) & device (blade) combo".

Current stuff of mine:

The fix is simple..just open build.prop with a Root Explorer and change

otaupdater.otaid=pa_

to

otaupdater.otaid=pa_blade

New Build today. Synced with latest repos and trimmed down the size even more:
135mb -> 111mb

If you mean file manager. Install from play store whichever you prefer.
