The problem is that it got wet and now the screen is broken, but it still works. I mean the buttons and it seems to boot up from the sounds. ClockworkMod works entirely with the volume and hardware buttons, so the touchscreen doesn't need to work to restore a backup. Just put the backup back into /clockworkmod/backup/ if it isn't there already, then boot into CWM (power+volume up+home), then backup and restore > restore.
