Huh...
Never heard of that before.
pressing both vol+, vol- and pwr.
Middle package may be useful on occasion but I've never used it.

What happened to the difference in base bands, I am aware that flashind a nandroid backup of ics roms over ics roms has advantages as in B926 to B934 in regards to HSPA but i thought flashing a cwm img of B8xx over a B9xx rom wouldnt work as the base bands are different.
For my sanity can someone please clear this up for me
EDIT:
Just read Garys post, may work on some phones otherwise use the hack method.
Youd have to try first if it doesnt involve imei then all good.
From some posts it seems that apon flashing new rom then imei has been zeroed anyway so just a preference thing I suppose

Well, funny thing is that after my downgrade to B885 and then upgrade to B934 my phone became much faster, UI is more responsive - it's not that fast as on B8xx, but it's more usable than before.

That won't work. As far as I know ROMs are pretty much locked to a baseband so trying to CWM flash a rom onto a non compatible baseband should result in a huge fail. Radio wont work, IMEI would be messed up etc.

This seems to be the case for some people, for some reason..... However for me GB lagged quite a bit but when I installed ICS everything was butter smooth, even now with my crazy desktop it's like silky smooth with zero lag. http://www.modaco.co...20#entry2012218

I just put dload folder with big update.app and went straight to B885. If there would exist a vendor update.app, I would stay at B8xx. (no IMEI zeroing, no middle update.app)
// hehe, B884 has vendor update.app

Rico_89 : I confirm, just a simple operation for me to downgrade :
When running b934 :
I created a dload folder on SDCard
I put big update.app inside
Shut off
Shut on with vol+ vol- power at the same time
2 minutes for Coffee time, that's all, back to b888
But my phone came out of the shop with b893, and i can't find this update anywhere...
