now im on b894 GB facory rom, (i gave it a try not bad) so i cant try it right now, but i will do it in two steps (@stock ics, then root+cwm, then legacy) but can u tell me the mem. footprint after boot?

Mem footprint?

yep. for me (on GB,) 286-290 MB free after boot. (about 60-70MB mem usage.)
On Legacy ICS (before this release) it was 256-265Mb. about 90-100Mb mem usage)

how about this stuff with this build?

Thanks for the effort on working on a possible Improved Rom for our mobile phones....krishang3!!!
Hoping to test it, you're doing what the huawei guys should be doing now.

I hate Hardware acceleration is not working 100% in this device and the touchscreen not being so smooth and responsive as it should... my LG P500 was much responsive on the touchscreen than this mobile

No problem build four will be coming fast. New optimization and performance tweaks.

Will need GenoKolar kernel as its better support for my relative unit.d tweaks, they partially work. Next build should run smoother of not then much enhanced.

just a few experiences: contacts drop  a FC when i want to make some preferences (for example changing a contact pic)
i got 10-20Mb less free RAM than build two.

Very unusual? As I edit my contacts preferences and no crash. Do u have over clock on? And what is it set to?

no OC,  the CPU runs on its referency 1Ghz speed.
(anyway, tillaz infusion b06 had the same problem for some users, so its not unique, just strange.)

This rom seems to be working pretty well for me... Thank you :-)

I am finding that I can't use an mp3 as a ringtone though. I select 'music' and then don't get the option to chose the file. Any one else see this?

There's also only one ringtone to choose from, 'Orion'...

You can set any mp3 song as ringtone just go into Apollo, touch and hold the song and select "set as ringtone" if you are manually changing the ringtone from the sounds option in settings well I've limited the ringtones. I will add a few more in my new build but not too much, as my intention is to slim this rom to be fast and stable.

Dsp and mcm codecs will be removed.

New audio filters will be removed.

Launcher will be updated.

New stability tweaks.

Ans other fixes.

the rom has jumped from 152Mb to 153... Reason/ added new ringtones, but 1mb doesn't make much difference, removed more properties and added some jelly bean status bar tweaks.

needed to re-edit it since i couldn't be bothered extracting images from a jellybean rom xD, soooo lazy..

testing build 4 everything seems fine for now...
