Hi, how much of the 4GB internal memory is available for apps, i.e. how big are the /system and /data partitions?

Also, I've read somewhere that it mount part of the internal memory as /sdcard and the external SD cannot be used to install apps (even those that allow it normally), or even hold app data. Is that true?

AS far as I know (From storage info) there is :
0,98 as internal ROM
1,60 as usb storage > sdcard (internal)

Some applications can be installed in /sdcard but some other can't
