The pics look like Gingerbread put having a look at the png's in framework and systeui it would appear to be ICS.
Excerpt from build prop would also suggest it's ICS "codename=REL
ro.build.version.release=4.0.3"

Think it's all the pics that are wrong as all the apps seem to have ICS Icons.

well testing it the now and well see.in install it says for u8818  b926 4.04.installed .

Yes the pictures were wrong,they did the mistake.Sorry i did not notice that but the Rom is ICS.
