Saw the review of the UG802 which is above the forum and was hooked.  A little Android PC sat in my 40" TV's HDMI socket - perfect!

Then I did a few Googles for reviews and some of them weren't the most flattering but I did see that the MK808 was out already and was that little bit better and a bit less buggy than the UG802.  There was a bit of a flamestorm on Hot Deals UK when someone pointed to a £30 release of the UG802 when it was £50 the week before (shifting dead stock due to MK808?).

Total cost was £43 inc. free delivery.

Just got to drum my fingers waiting for Lightake to deliver it.  Keeping watch on wireless keyboards with built-in trackpads and, eventually, a decent joystick so I can play some of the games that my basic tablet can't handle.

7 days is the usual time based on previous items ordered.

ordered mine through eBay from China, express courier.

USD$115 with mele f10 Wii style rechargeable remote keyboard, usb2LAN, and 4 way hub.
should be here by 17th (fingers crossed)

Did everyone know that someone has already rooted it too, but no custom roms.

That's a useful start (rooting it) but I'm sure I read somewhere that certain ones are already rooted.

According to my tracking number it's currently somewhere  - I don't know exactly because the website that shows me the tracking details is not loading .. probably being run off a broken Raspberry Pi!

Did Lightake ship with UK adaptor, or did you have to buy a UK-plug USB PSU elsewhere?

a) USA plug
not enough oomph as it's only got 1A - needs 2A if you want to switch WiFi on!

chatted with michael yin 2 days ago and he said they were testing every unit as they'd had a bad bunch
chatted again today and he said he'd send mine out today.
