Guest jvhc Posted October 3, 2012 Report Share Posted October 3, 2012 Hi, I recently purchased a G300, and also this 32gb Micro SD memory card. However, when I tried using the memory card, the phone doesn't recognise it, and says that the memory card is blank, or contains unsupported files. The memory card gets very hot when I take it out afterwards. I don't think the memory card works in other phones too. I've put the memory card into the G300, connected the phone to the computer, and whilst it shows up in My Computer, the memory card folder can't be opened. I've tried to format it, but that didn't seem to do anything. Have I just been sent a faulty memory card, or do phones only take a certain type? Any help much appreciated!
