No! This has been discussed so many times. The camera flash will only work on gingerbread roms (CM7 Mokee OS etc).

So you considered making a new account for this question to be worth the effort, but reading 1 page was too much? I would understand this question if there were 100 pages like with CFX(2) or PA, because no one reads all those, but there's just one page and your question has already been answered twice, once even in the first post: expect the same bugs the other ICS roms have (basically he's saying the camera flash and FM radio won't work)...
Sorry for the rant guys.
