If you are adapting CM9, CM10 why not?
I have read that cell phones that support CM9 CM10 should withstand without any problems, and if supported and has more features, why not?

Blame LG, they only released kernel source for V10C, any modifications since then they have not released.

Unsupported SIM cards... is tht sim cards do not work on anythign under than V10C baseband?
Also do these unsporrted sim cards not connect to mobile network
