NOTE: zte has relased 2 versions of Zte Grand X, version with tegra 2 processor for europe and russian federation, and Zte Grand X with MTK6577 processon and dual-sim.

I THINK ITS VERRY EASY TO DIFFERENT ZTE ON TEGRA FROM ZTE ON MTK6577
on mtk6577 device, display is gray, and it have 2 sim-cards
on tegra 2 devices, display is black, and it have only one sim-card


CONFIRMED, Working! now you can try to root your phone, because you can unbrick soft.
NOTE: !!! This is only for European Zte Grand X (tegra 2), DO NOT TRY to flash on Zte Grand X for China (MTK6577)  !!!

1.download archive
2.put to external sd-card (update.zip file)
3.go to recovery (adb reboot recovery or Settings - about - software update - update from sd-card)
enjoy.

if phone is soft bricked after rooting try, of get boot-loop, just turn off the phone and plug to usb cable. when phone is showing battery, reboot phone via adb reboot recovery)

what benefits with this rom?
it is multilanguage? i need italian language

looks like the v970 has a mediatek dualcore CPU whereas the grand x is a Tegra 2 so don't understand how it could possibly flash and work.
2 totally different cpu's.

no, it havent italian language, but you can use more locale 2

p.s. flash this rom only in case of bricking phone after unsuccesfull rooting (if got boot-loop or something esle)

In Russia are 2 types of Grand X:
Grand X V970 Terga2 - Single-Sim (U970 in China)
Grand X V970M  - Dual-Sim (V970 in China)

if you device is dual-sim, then yes, it is on mediatek cpu
