Showing Wrong Carrier Code (IMSI)

I just have an HTC Desire VC. I cannot find a forum of my phone so posting here. My phone shows carrier code instead of carrier name in lock screen and status bar,  the wrong one. My carrier is Citycell which code is 47005, but it's showing 47006 which is for Airtel. Other than this it's working fine. How to solve the problem?
