I think you've wiped your imei/mac /bluetooth details from NVRAM

Use QPST as linked above but be careful.

If it doesn't then you need to get a qcn backup from someone else and fix your IMEI and Mac Addresses

Yes, android 4.0.4 from CyanogenMod works better then 2.3 gingerbread :)
