More details would be nice and I don't understand by *how can I create an application from the install system?* or do you mean mod.

Or do you mean by creating and apk such as an app which functions to do a certain thing...

I wanna create my new system copy. Something like that http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1928012 (every link have rar, When we unpack we have download/update.app)  

And i want create update.app from my instaled system from phone.

Titanium backup does exactly that I think

You can't create update.app files.

Install CWM and do a backup of the complete system.
Should be able restore on a different G300 with 2.3.6
